Mea Culpa "Svelato" Trento DOC
EXTRA BRUT METODO CLASSICO
Made by Chardonnay grapes grown in the Cembra Valley at the altitude of 5/600 mt.
Grapes are harvested between end of August and beginning of September to maintain the right acidity. Fermentation takes place fully in stainless steel with a maturation on yeasts for a period of 24 months.
It is a Spumante made with an harmonic style, elegant and complex. Its perlage is classy and long lasting, its bouquet is intense of citron and white flowers. The taste is creamy with a pleasant acidity.
Easy to drink wine, perfect as aperitif but its body makes it ideal for the entire meal.
